About the
project
We're building advanced veterinary care infrastructure in India from scratch, with nursing as a founding discipline that shapes everything.
Advanced care infrastructure,
built from zero
India doesn't have the advanced veterinary care infrastructure that exists in other countries. No specialty hospitals, no established training pathways, no professional nursing frameworks.
We're building all of it — hospitals, training programs, clinical standards, and professional structures — with nursing as a founding discipline that informs every decision.

Building together from day one
What doesn't exist yet
Advanced veterinary care, specialty hospitals, professional nursing, and training infrastructure are absent in India. We're starting from zero — which means everything can be built right.
- No advanced care infrastructure exists in India
- Specialty hospitals and training programs are absent
- Professional nursing as a discipline is not established
- Clinical standards and protocols need to be built from scratch
- Build nursing as an autonomous profession from day one
- Design training and standards without legacy constraints
- Shape hospital infrastructure with nursing input from the start
- Create peer governance and professional frameworks
- Establish nursing as a business line, not a support function
A clean slate
to build it right
Starting from scratch means nursing can be built as an autonomous profession from day one — not retrofitted into existing structures. You'll shape the profession, not inherit it.
Built by a small,
committed group
We're assembling a founding team of 10–12 people with deep expertise across veterinary medicine, nursing, operations, and infrastructure. Each person has a co-founder seat with equity and governance rights — not a job title.
Nursing informs
everything
When nursing is a founding discipline, it shapes hospital design, clinical protocols, service offerings, and training programs. It's not added later — it's built in from the start, at every level of decision-making.
- Nursing expertise informs hospital design and layout
- Clinical protocols built with nursing input from day one
- Service offerings reflect nursing capabilities and scope
- Training programs designed collaboratively across disciplines
- Operational workflows prioritise nursing autonomy
Overlapping modules,
shared learning
Veterinarians and nurses will share foundational training modules — creating a collaborative learning environment and mutual professional respect from the very start.
- Shared foundational modules between vets and nurses
- Overlapping clinical skills and knowledge areas
- Collaborative learning environment across disciplines
- Specialty-specific pathways for advanced training
- Continuous professional development frameworks
- Co-founder equity stake in the venture
- Competitive salary aligned with senior clinical roles
- Full relocation support including visa sponsorship
- Accommodation and living expenses covered
- Travel and moving logistics handled
- Health insurance and benefits package
Equity, salary,
and life support
